Single Point of Contact

One thing we noticed…and, this could be affecting your patients (which is why I decided to make this a weekly blog subject!)…we have multiple points of contact creating and causing some confusion.

Be sure when patients deal with you and your staff, one of your staff is the Quarterback, so to speak, and you are the coach and general manager!

This makes your life smoother, decisions quicker and action taken MUCH FASTER!

This week’s ACTION-TO-TAKE TIP: Develop a system in your practice that eliminates redundancy in decision-making and delegate, delegate, delegate!
